Human Asset Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Processing Operator Trainee to join their client’s dynamic team. As a key member of the production department, you will play an exciting role in ensuring the smooth and safe manufacturing of our cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity and enthusiasm to learning about manufacturing processes, particularly in the world of cosmetic or pharmaceutical production. The Processing Operator Trainee is responsible for supporting the production team in driving efficiency, maintaining safety, and contributing to the creation of high-quality products that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Monitoring and Adjustment: Constantly observing instruments, gauges, and control systems to monitor equipment and process parameters.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating a wide range of production machinery, including starting and shutting down systems. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during production, identifying the root causes of any deviations in equipment or product performance.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Collecting and analyzing data to ensure product quality and consistency. This includes inspecting products at various stages of the production process.
- Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. This encompasses knowledge of industrial safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, hot work) and safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Data Recording and Reporting: Monitoring and recording production data, operational logs, and any issues or deviations.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues and other departments to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and achieve production targets.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
