Kenya Power Pension Fund (KPPF) provides benefits and pension for all permanent and pensionable employees of Kenya Power, Ketraco and Nupea companies. KPPF is hiring a Pension Administration - Intern

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Pension Officer the intern will:

• Process death in service and death in retirement benefits.
• Process requests for funds from the Orphans Trustee Program (OTP)
• Capture and update member records and data including from the Nomination of Beneficiaries Forms
• Processing of withdrawal benefits, i.e. resignations, dismissals, terminations, deferred, and retirement benefits as well as capturing and updating bank details for these exits.
• Printing and issuance of members benefits statements
• Responding to customer queries.
• Filing of members records

Qualifications

Education

• Applicants must at the time of application have graduated with Bachelor’s degree

Preferred areas of studies:

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of science (actuarial science with it) from accredited and recognized institution.
• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in bachelor of business management from accredited and recognized institution.
