Cytonn HR has been retained by Elective Africa to hire a Sales Associate who will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled participants, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about education, travel, and international exposure.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  2. Sales & Conversion
  3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  4. Market & Program Support
  5. Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placements
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
  8. Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  9. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing roles
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools/social media
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
