Basic Salary: Kshs. 28,620.00 to Kshs. 37,100.00 p.m

Key Qualifications:
- Kenyan citizen
- KCSE C (Plain)
- Diploma in Procurement and Supplies
- KISM membership
- At least two (2) years' experience as a storekeeper
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Age: 25yrs-45yrs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparation of Procurement plans, market survey reports and budgets.
- Maintain stores records.
- Oversee storage of surplus inventory and property
- Prepare and dispatch LPO's
- Record and maintain proper filing of Local Purchase Orders.
- Maintain complete knowledge of land comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Issuance and receiving of stores against authorized LPOs, delivery notes and requisition.
- Resolve discrepancies noted in received goods immediately.
- Participating in conducting and preparation of weekly/monthly stock taking, stock reports and reconciliation; including variance stock reports and advice management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
