Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. ICT systems & Infrastructure Management
    Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems, servers, networks, and internet services; monitor uptime and prepare regular system performance reports.
  2. Technical support & End-user services
    Provide first-line ICT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, device maintenance, system installations, user account management, and general office ICT operations.
  3. Cybersecurity & Data protection
    Lead basic cybersecurity controls, enforce security policies, manage firewalls and endpoint security, mitigate risks, and ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data.
  4. Enterprise applications & Web systems support
    Support Business systems such as ERP, HCM, metering/vending platforms, and websites; troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and assist with system improvements and upgrades.
  5. ICT Administration, Documentation & Compliance
    Maintain ICT documentation, licensing compliance, asset records, technical reports, and support ICT planning, meetings, and assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in IT/ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years
  • Strong interest in developing a career.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
