Key Roles & Responsibilities
- ICT systems & Infrastructure Management
Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems, servers, networks, and internet services; monitor uptime and prepare regular system performance reports. - Technical support & End-user services
Provide first-line ICT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, device maintenance, system installations, user account management, and general office ICT operations. - Cybersecurity & Data protection
Lead basic cybersecurity controls, enforce security policies, manage firewalls and endpoint security, mitigate risks, and ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data. - Enterprise applications & Web systems support
Support Business systems such as ERP, HCM, metering/vending platforms, and websites; troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and assist with system improvements and upgrades. - ICT Administration, Documentation & Compliance
Maintain ICT documentation, licensing compliance, asset records, technical reports, and support ICT planning, meetings, and assigned initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT/ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years
- Strong interest in developing a career.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
