Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote company Products across assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Identify Potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide market intelligence, competitors\' activity, and market feedback.
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising in outlets
- Submit Daily sales reports and daily sales routes
- Follow company SOPs and job description while remaining flexible to business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recent Graduates in Sales, Marketing, or related Fields
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results and accountability.
- Familiarity with assigned sales routes and local markets is an added advantage.
