Telesales Executive

The job holder is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone engagements with prospective and existing clients. The role focuses on promoting the company’s products and services, nurturing leads, closing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the company’s revenue growth objectives. This role ensures effective customer engagement, accurate recording of sales activities and ensuring adherence to company sales policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s property sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification by contacting prospective clients, introducing company property projects and assessing their interest and readiness to invest
  • Sales conversion and revenue generation through presenting property investment opportunities, handling objections, and closing sales or facilitating sales closures through the sales and marketing teams
  • Customer relationship management by maintaining consistent communication with prospects and clients to nurture leads and encourage repeat investments and referrals and guiding the customers through the sales process
  • Sales reporting and CRM management through maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and lead progress within the CRM system
  • Coordination with internal teams including sales and marketing teams to support marketing campaigns, schedule site visits and enhance the customer sales experience

Academic & Job Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or any related field
  2. Professional sales training or certification is an added advantage
  3. Membership to a professional body.
  4. At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in telesales, call center sales or real estate sales
  5. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  6. Experience working with CRM system and customer databases
  7. Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
  8. Ability to work under pressure in a target driven sales environment
  9. Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and BDM teams
