Dealership Listing Intern
The Dealership Listing intern will support the dealership team with administrative coordination, document management, and vehicle listing processes to ensure accurate records, efficient handling of documentation, and smooth preparation of dealership vehicles for listing on Peach systems.

Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Dealership Listing Intern at Peach will be trained to undertake the following tasks and activities:
Documentation & Data Management
- Assist the dealership team in collecting and verifying business KYCs and vehicle documentation (e.g., logbooks, importation documents).
- Enter and maintain accurate documentation data in Peach systems.
- Draft sales agreements, contracts, and related schedules as instructed by the dealership team.
- Follow up with account decision-makers to request and obtain required documentation.
- Support records keeping and tracking of dealership agent activities over time.
Vehicle Listing & Coordination Support
- Assist the dealership team in photographing external vehicles for listing.
- Collect and centralize images of dealership vehicles to be listed on Peachcars.co.ke.
- Upload vehicle details and photos into Peach systems.
- Assist in coordinating dealership vehicle viewings with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain ground-level relationships with dealership agents and facilitators.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in PC/laptop use; typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word).
- Basic data entry skills; experience in systems or administrative work is a plus.
- Able to work efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in photography and/or vehicle sales is a plus!
