Peach Cars is Kenya’s premier full-stack used-car marketplace, integrating inspections, financing, logistics, and after-sales support into a simple and seamless service offering aimed at solving for real pain points in Kenya’s used-car market i.e. fraud, lack of transparency, inefficiency, and poor customer experience.
Product Operations Associate
The Product Operations Associate will support the structured execution of product releases, request governance, user enablement, and product adoption across Peach branches.
This role is responsible for strengthening product operations by improving release discipline, safeguarding data integrity, and supporting scalable product processes as product complexity grows.
The role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Inspection, Fleet, Growth, People & Culture, and broader Operations teams to ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and operational alignment of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Product Associate Manager at Peach can expect to own the following elements:
1. Release & Testing Support
Support structured feature releases by coordinating UAT, maintaining testing discipline, and ensuring smooth validation before and after go-live.
2. Product Request Management
Own the structured intake, tracking, and organization of product requests to ensure visibility, clarity, and prioritization readiness.
3. Branch-Level Product Enablement
Drive branch-level adoption of product workflows by supporting rollouts, reinforcing compliance, and identifying operational friction.
4. Documentation & Training
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation while supporting onboarding and ongoing user enablement.
5. Operational Product Insights
Monitor product usage and operational patterns to surface adoption gaps, recurring issues, and structured feedback to the Product team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations coordination, product support, project coordination, QA testing, or a similar structured environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Exposure to UAT testing or QA environments
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with basic product management concepts
