Sales Internship at Unity Homes

Unity Homes was founded in 2015 with the vision of building sustainable residential communities across Africa. We are currently building, family-friendly communities in Tatu City of almost 3,000 units which constitute 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom modern homes on 34 acres at the heart of Tatu City, Kenya. We are passionate about delivering excellent, high quality houses to our clients and we accomplish through highly motivated, ardent teams.

Sales Internship: 4 – 5 months

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team by organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to sales operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn about sales processes, and committed to helping the team stay efficient and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize sales documents (contracts, agreements, proposals, forms)
• File and maintain both physical and digital documentation in the correct systems
• Ensure documents are complete, up-to-date, and easy to retrieve
• Assist with data entry into CRM or document management systems
• Support the sales team with basic reporting and document preparation
• Follow internal procedures for document handling and confidentiality
• Help prepare documents for meetings, reports etc
• Coordinate with other departments (finance, legal) to ensure accuracy of records
• And any other duties assigned periodically.
