- Menu Mastery & Sales: Know the menu inside-out to confidently recommend, pair and upsell.
- Flawless Service: Take accurate orders, communicate updates and deliver prompt, seamless dining experiences.
- Exceptional Guest Care: Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are happy from the time they are seated to when they pay.
- Spotless Standards: Maintain perfectly set tables, polished cutlery and impeccable personal grooming & hygiene.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality
- Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Added Advantage: 1 year of fast-paced serving experience.
- Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
