- Prep Hero: Station stocking, chopping, butchering and sauce prep.
- Service Sync: Cooking in coordination for simultaneous, high-quality output.
- Safety Guardian: Daily HACCP compliance and strict sanitation control.
- Kitchen Discipline: Inventory management, station cleanup and professional teamwork.
Requirements
- Fresh culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Added Advantage: 1 year of fine-dining chef experience.
- Culinary school degree/diploma.
- Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
- Strong foundational culinary skills.
