On behalf of our client, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Interior Design Intern to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to gain practical experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing interior design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections.
- Support space planning and layout development.
- Create and update design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project measurements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Research current interior design trends, finishes, and materials.
- Support project documentation and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio of academic or personal design work will be an added advantage.
