CV Review, Cover Letter & LinkedIn Profile Optimization Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Client Responsibility for Information Provided: You are responsible for ensuring all personal, academic, and professional information submitted to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  2. Communication
    All communications regarding orders must be conducted through text via official channels (email or Official WhatsApp Number).
    Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed responses from the client may affect the delivery timeline.
  3. Business Days Definition
    All timeframes and delivery estimates mentioned on our CV Help page refer to business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  4. Revision Limits
    Each package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the CV Help page.
    Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur extra charges.
  5. Order Completion Without Feedback
    If you do not provide feedback within 30 business days of receiving your initial draft or final CV, your order will be marked as complete and no further revisions will be provided.
  6. Delivery Timelines
    The stated delivery period is an estimate and may vary depending on our current workload and backlog. We strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframe but cannot guarantee it in every case.
  7. No Refund Policy
    All orders are non-refundable once placed, regardless of circumstances.
  8. Service Suspension or Refusal
    We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders (with or without refund, depending on circumstances) in cases of abuse, inappropriate behavior, or repeated policy violations.
  9. Package Selection Responsibility
    1. You are responsible for selecting a package that matches your level of experience.
    2. If the selected package does not align with your experience level, your order will be nullified without refund.
    3. To proceed, you may either:
      a) Top up the amount to match the correct package, or
      b) Wait until we process the order at our sole discretion, with no guaranteed timeframe.
  10. LinkedIn Optimization Orders
    1. Orders that include both CV Revamp and LinkedIn Optimization will have the LinkedIn portion commence only after the CV is finalized.
    2. There is no set delivery timeframe for LinkedIn Optimization services.
  11. Use of Positive Reviews
    Any positive feedback or review received may be publicly displayed by our team on the CV Help product page, associated with your profile, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  12. Intellectual Property
    Final CVs and documents delivered to you become your property upon order completion and full payment.
    However, we retain the right to use redacted or anonymized versions of CVs or profiles as samples for marketing or portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
  13. Policy Amendments
    We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our platform.
