eMobilis is seeking to recruit recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who have completed modules offered by the Ajira Program for exciting internship opportunities at the HQ. The internship will offer the successful applicants hands-on experience and get experiential learning opportunities that will support their academic, professional and personal development. The internships are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Summary of the Role:
We are looking for a graduate who has done any of Ajira’s modules to assist the Institutions Lead in overseeing the operations of the Ajira Program in accordance with the Ajira Digital procedures.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Managing the training database for Universities and TVETs.
- Consolidating Training, Mentorship and Club Activities reports.
- Updating and maintaining different Ajira Club matrixes.
- Follow up on institutions Training, Mentorship and Ajira Club officials.
- Designing posters and registration materials for institutions and Ajira Clubs.
- Assist with pre-approved communication both phone call and email to various institutions and Ajira Clubs.
- Calendar management, club activities and generally support the institutions during Training and Ajira Club Activities.
- Accompanying the PMO during visits to institutions when needed.
- Engaging the evergreen champions and maintaining a database of all their activities.
- Planning and coordination of online job linkages webinars and community meetups.
- Institutions and Ajira Clubs performance reviews and analysis.
- Any other duty within your capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in related field.
- Has completed any of Ajira’s module.
