Job Purpose
We are seeking an innovative and proactive HR Wizard to join our fast-paced marketing agency. This role will be integral in shaping our company culture, managing talent, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding and Development:
- Conduct onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company culture and values.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Develop and manage mentorship programs to foster employee growth and retention.
Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management issues.
- Assist in setting and tracking individual and team performance goals.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company retreats.
- Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that align with the company’s values and culture.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and update HR policies and procedures.
Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:
- Act as a mediator for resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Provide support and advice on employee relations issues.
- Foster open communication channels between employees and management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct market research to ensure salary competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate with providers.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Develop and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure hiring practices are fair and inclusive.
- Organize diversity training sessions and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years proven experience as an HR professional.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
