Finance Internship

The Aga Khan Academy Mombasa is an International Baccalaureate World School. The Finance Intern will support the finance team in a range of tasks aimed at enhancing the financial efficiency and accuracy of the Academy. This role is designed to provide practical experience and valuable insights into the financial operations of a prestigious educational institution. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial operations contributing to the overall success of the finance department.

Roles

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize financial records.
• Assist with tracking payments and receipts.
• Assist with filing and organizing financial documents.
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
• Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries.

The requirements

• At least a diploma in  Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
