The Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa is an institution of Aga Khan Health Service (AKHS), Kenya which is an Agency of Aga Khan Development Network. The Hospital is pait of an integrated health system that includes Hospitals and outreach health centers across East Africa. AKHS is one of the most comprehensive private not-for-profit health care systems in the developing world.
The Hospital seeks to recruit ideal candidates for the following position:
MEDICAL OFFICER – INTERNS
Applications are invited from graduates who have successfully completed their respective undergiaduate programs, Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent. Successful candidates are expected to commence their internship in November 2024, for a period of 13 months, as mandated by Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Interested Candidates should submit the following documents as part of their respective applications:
- Medical Internship recommendation letter from KMPDC.
- Personal statement that includes future interests in Medicine.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Academic degree (MBChB/MBBS) attached with all transcripts.
- Internship License
