Your Role:
- Collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Use debt recovery techniques to meet strict daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare and submit timely reports
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years in debt collection/credit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive, emotionally intelligent, and fluent in English.
- Computer literate and a critical thinker.
