Ecorich Solutions is the first African startup to produce fertilizer that is 70% cheaper than normal fertilizer thus transforming Africa’s smallholder farming and solving Africa’s toughest agricultural challenge by using technology to manufacture and sell high-yielding organic fertilizer from organic waste. To achieve this, we developed the WasteBot, an AI-enabled household waste decomposer device that takes only 24 hours to convert otherwise harmful waste into affordable organic fertilizer that is 70% cheaper than normal fertilizers.

Ecorich Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team in Kahawa Sukari. We offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an innovative company dedicated to converting organic waste into organic fertilizer using cutting-edge Wastebot technology.

We are currently offering full-time internship positions in the following roles:

Sales Person

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in sales is a plus
