Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the IT department in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for internal staff and clients.
- Monitoring the performance of our tracking software and ensure its smooth operation.
- Assisting with network and system administration tasks, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Helping maintain and update the company website and internal platforms.
- Participating in testing and implementing new software and technology solutions.
- Providing technical support to end-users, including assisting with setup and training.
- Assisting with database management, backups, and data recovery procedures.
- Collaborating with the IT team to maintain system documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common productivity tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Exposure to database management (SQL, MySQL, etc.) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
