CPK Real Estate is a leading real estate company specializing in property sales, rentals, and marketing.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and help us enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and growing CPK Real Estate’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to promote properties and company updates.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and blog.
Help manage online listings and ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
