Digital Media Internship – Marketing

Switch Media Ltd is a young, energetic, & dynamic media organization that serves Africa’s youth. Switch Media Ltd is a digital media and production company, having transitioned from the FTA TV model in 2022. Switch TV airs on all our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and on the website. Our digital services include digital advertising and also website development.

Switch Media is owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS), based in Nairobi Kenya. Switch Media Ltd is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the following position in the Digital & IT Department:

Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of marketing principles, including market research, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, CRM systems, and content management systems.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing campaigns and social media management, including planning, execution, and analysis.
• Creative and analytical thinking skills, capable of generating innovative ideas and evaluating them based on data-driven insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to ongoing projects and new initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
