Poa! internet is the fastest growing and highly innovative ISP in Kenya. The company was founded in 2014 with a vision to provide internet in every home in Africa. At poa! We believe by empowering people, we can actively drive digital inclusion in these markets. We deploy a cost-effective internet service in Kenya, with the aim of providing affordable access to content and Internet to low-income members of society.
We are growing very fast to cover the rest of Kenya and eventually Africa. It is envisaged that the success of the business will grow to over 150 networks across East Africa. It is from this background that we seek prospective candidates to fill the role of a Tele-sales Representative in our Tele-sales Department.

Mission Statement for the Role:
Exceed your sales numbers through exceptional telephone salesmanship, creating leads, initiating prospect calls and establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers for referrals.

- Achieve the set number of sales that will be communicated every month.
- Adhere to prescribed tele-sales process with zero deviations, ensuring the highest industry customer satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a 100% attendance record while ensuring full compliance with the company’s absence management policies and procedures.
- Make a minimum of 100 unique calls daily through the system(inbound and outbound) with a daily talk time of 4 hours.
- Ensure all assigned leads are contacted within agreed timelines and updated accurately in the Sales Lead Generation Database.
- Attain in-depth product knowledge, follow the script and guidelines, and maintain an average Quality Assurance score of 96%.

- Must have exceptional customer service, telephone etiquette, communication skills and working knowledge of the latest technology in tele-sales.
