Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and secure backend services and REST APls for systems supporting various operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-performance backend solutions and helping shape the architecture of new and existing services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APis using FastAPl and Flask.
• Implement and optimize backend logic to support multiple features and operations.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage data reliably and efficiently.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented Python code.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate and deploy services.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the codebase.

Skills & Abilities:

• Intermediate-level knowledge of Python and understanding of design principles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech.
• Demonstrable experience with FastAPI and/or Flask in building APls.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience in writing tests using tools like Pytest or unittest.
• Experience working with Docker and Redis
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka will be an added advantage
