AA Kenya is the leading mobility service provider in Kenya with over 60 branches in all major towns countrywide. We provide mobility solutions including driver training programs, vehicle inspection and valuation, technical training on defensive driving, guidance on vehicle running costs through AA mileage rates, and issuance of international driving licenses and car passports, among other mobility offerings. AA is the only authorized issuer of international driving licenses and car passports in Kenya. Internationally, AA is a member of the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the world motoring body that represents over 100 million motorists and their families.

We are hiring Direct Sales ย Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding Sales targets.
  • Selling and promoting AAK products to the assigned markets.
  • Contacting ย leads ย  and ย  setting ย  up ย  appointments ย  to ย  present ย  AAK ย  products ย  and ย  services.
  • Building ย relationships ย  with ย  existing ย  referral ย  sources ย  and ย  cultivate ย  new ย  referral ย sources.
  • Working ย closely ย  with ย  the ย  Branch ย  Manager ย  in ย  planning ย  ย marketing ย events.
  • Deriving ย insights ย  to ย  competitor ย  Sales ย  activities ย  and ย  effectively ย  improve ย  their ย  efforts.
  • Regularly ย providing ย  feedback ย  to ย  the ย  Branch ย  Manager ย  on ย  performance ย  of ย  AA ย  Kenya ย products ย in ย  the ย  assigned ย  ย  markets.
  • Reporting ย on ย  sales ย  performance ย  as ย  will ย  be ย  advised.

Minimum job requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any other ย related field.
  • Atleast 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing in a ย Tours and Travel company is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
