Our client in the hospitality industry seeks to recruit for a Human Resources Intern.

Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate should have prior attachment/internship experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for HR processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in handling employee relations and responding to HR-related inquiries.
• Support the implementation of training and development programs.
• Help in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Participate in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Key Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous attachment or internship in the hospitality industry is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
