Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Education: BBA/MBA degree.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
- Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by receiving and processing customer orders.
- Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and updating order status.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.
