Documentation Intern (Nairobi)
Salary: Market Related
Duration: 6 – 9 Months
Job Description
- Assist in the management of flight documentation.
- Assist in sending shipment documents to the clients and market.
- Generation of MAWB.
- Learn and assist in ECS production.
- Assist in verifying shipment numbers.
- Understand HCDA and HAWB production.
- Communication on documentation confirmation to clients.
- Understand the process of C17 production.
- Assist in prior release and shipment verification
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant business field.
- Diploma in any relevant Customs Administration Course.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and others).
