Female Shop Attendant

JOB TITLE: FEMALE SHOP ATTENDANT – JEWELRY SHOP

JOB LOCATION: VILLAGE MARKET

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently
• Manage daily sales records, stock levels, and inventory updates
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with the store manager on inventory replenishment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Promote a positive image of the brand at all times

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a retail shop; experience in jewelry or luxury goods is highly preferred
• Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy and dependable with good organizational skills
