Vacancy Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Participate in employee onboarding and off boarding processes
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and performance reviews
- Support HR-related communication within the organization
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR department
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Human Resource Management (BHRM)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player
- Good communication and computer skills (MS Office)
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months
