Customer Service Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Engagement: Provide accurate and timely information to assist customers throughout the purchasing process
2. Order Processing: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
3. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations
5. Sales Support: Respond to requests for quotations and provide necessary information to facilitate sales

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least a B- Minus in KCSE/ High school.
2. At least a college certificate/ diploma.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
6. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer interactions and sensitive information.

STIPEND/REMUNERATION

Ksh. 10,000 Per Month
