Join our dynamic HR team! We’re seeking a certified CHRP-K HR Assistant with strong organizational skills and a passion for people. You’ll play a vital role in supporting recruitment, compliance, and employee relations across our growing company network.
As our HR Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. With our rapid growth, your role will be critical in maintaining efficiency and supporting our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- First contact for employee HR inquiries providing prompt and professional support.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in HR systems.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and compliance (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE).
- Coordinate benefits, training, and HR initiatives.
- Assist in performance and policy management.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education & Certification: Higher Diploma in HR Management + active CHRP-K certification(mandatory).
- Membership: Registered member of IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya).
- Experience: 1-3 years as an HR Assistant or similar role, with exposure to recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g. Workday, BambooR) or MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you’re approachable and solution-oriented.
- Mindset: A team player who’s adaptable, discreet, and eager to grow in HR.
