Client Service Intern

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-friendly intern to join our client service team. You’ll support in managing client accounts, preparing presentations, coordinating timelines, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing communication between the agency and clients
• Help prepare client reports, presentations, and proposals
• Track timelines and deliverables for projects
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes
• Help solve client queries and follow up on feedback
• Support in content approvals and proofing
• Assist in social media monitoring and competitor research
• Keep internal documents and project trackers up to date

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a course in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer service
• Team player with a can-do attitude

Added Advantage

• Experience with Canva or design tools
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Previous internship or project-based experience
