Switch Media School (SMS) is a premier institution in Kenya, dedicated to bridging the skill gap in Digital Media, Communication, and Technology. Fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) and registered by TVETA and ICM, SMS provides hands-on training for media professionals and entrepreneurs. We’re looking for a Training Researcher Assistant Intern to help shape and inform media training initiatives. Join our team to support curriculum design, learner needs analysis, and training documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to inform training content and delivery.
  • Assist in developing learning materials and training schedules.
  • Support monitoring of training outcomes and learner feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Communication, Education, Research, or Media Studies.
  • Interest in learning and development or curriculum design.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

What We Offer:

  • Practical exposure in live and studio production, editing, and training facilitation
  • Experience in gathering, organizing, and analyzing content for training programs.
  • Involvement in planning and supporting media workshops and mentorship sessions.
