Nellions Moving and Relocations is a specialized moving company offering high-quality services within Kenya and worldwide. We are members of the International Association of Movers (IAM) and are the first company in East Africa to attain the IAM Trusted Moving Company (ITMC) accreditation.
Nellions Moving and Relocations Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Inventory Control Assistant.
Location: Nairobi
Department: Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
- Ensure safe, secure, and organized storage of all inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records and update systems in real time
- Assist in regular stock takes and reconciliations
- Coordinate issuance of items based on approved requests
- Report discrepancies and support the warehouse team in daily operations
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems is an added advantage
- High level of integrity and accountability
