The Mini Group of Companies invites fresh graduates to an exciting one-year Graduate Trainee Program in Human Resources. This hands-on learning experience equips participants with practical skills in HR functions, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and workplace application.
Trainees will report to the Group Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and work under the supervision of experienced professionals, engaging in rotational assignments, mentorship, coaching, and real-world HR management tasks. The program fosters technical expertise, strategic thinking, and industry insight, preparing participants for future roles within Mini Group or the broader labor market.

Key Responsibilities
- Trainees will gain exposure to various HR functions, including:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting hiring processes, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation.
- Employee Relations: Assisting with HR policies, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering engagement.
- Performance Management: Contributing to evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and career development initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Coordinating training programs and skill-building workshops.
- HR Analytics: Using data insights to refine HR strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Trainees will also participate in data analysis, research, project management, presentations, and strategy development, learning company procedures and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- A University Degree in a relevant field with at least 2nd upper
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High integrity and reliability
