What You Will Do
As a Graduate Trainee, you will engage in a range of learning and operational activities, including:
- Actively participating in all training sessions and passing with a minimum 80% mark.
- Applying policies & procedures accurately in assigned tasks.
- Managing assignments with professionalism, timeliness, and accountability.
- Preparing reports and contributing data to support sound decision-making.
- Monitoring industry trends to fuel innovation and client-centric thinking.
- Escalating challenges proactively and engaging openly with mentors.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and embracing continuous feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for exceptional, future-ready Graduates who meet the following:
- Aged 21–25 years
- KCSE Score: Minimum B+ overall, with B+ in both Mathematics and English or GPA rating of 3.3
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent) in IT or a Business-related field.
- Certification in Business, ICT, Shari’ah or Risk will be an added advantage
- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or graduating in 2025
- Kenyan Citizen or legally authorized to work in Kenya
