WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Gain practical experience across Customer Service, Sales, and Operations
- Support daily business activities and cross-functional teams
- Assist with customer inquiries, sales support, and operational processes
- Work with business systems, reports, and administrative tasks
- Develop an understanding of the shipping and logistics industry
- Build professional skills in a collaborative environment
- Learn and apply customer-focused, operational, and commercial best practices in your day-to-day work activities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with a strong interest in shipping and logistics operations are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency and systems aptitude
