Your Role
As our Business Development & Client Success Intern, you’ll be the first touchpoint for new opportunities and the ongoing support bridge for our clients. You’ll help us grow our impact and keep clients happy, from pitch to project delivery.
What You’ll Do
Business Development
- Research and identify potential leads (SMEs, startups, agencies, NGOs)
- Write and send outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Support in crafting proposals, decks, and pitches
- Coordinate intro calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Update and manage CRM tools
Client Success
- Act as a liaison between Sinc and clients during onboarding
- Ensure clear handover of client needs to the automation team
- Track project milestones, follow up on deliverables
- Collect feedback, testimonials, and case study input
- Identify upsell or renewal opportunities
- Support in training clients on how to use systems that we implement
You’re a Fit If You…
- Are a recent graduate or final-year student in business, marketing, IT, or communications
- Are a great communicator — written and spoken
- Are naturally curious, proactive, and resourceful
- Enjoy tech, digital tools, or startups (bonus: you’ve heard of Make.com, Notion, n8n, or ChatGPT)
- Can work independently and manage your time well in a remote setup
- Are you looking to build a career at the intersection of business and AI
