Vacancy Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staff welfare, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a hospital environment while developing practical HR skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the orientation process for new clinical and non-clinical employees.
- Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including licensing and certifications for medical staff.
- Assist in tracking staff attendance, duty rosters, and leave management.
- Support the HR team in handling staff welfare issues and routine HR queries.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and reports in line with hospital policies and labor laws.
- Help coordinate staff performance appraisal processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
