Lipad simplifies business operations for merchants with an all-in-one business tool suite. Our secure payment gateway accepts various payment methods, including cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. We also offer co-branded or white-label solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of banks and licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

The Role

We’re looking for future stars in software engineering—recent graduates or early-career professionals (1–2 years’ experience) with proven coding skills, exceptional talent, and the drive to excel. Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of coding experience (Fresh graduates okay but with coding experience)
• Above average aptitude, High achieving background & Naturally eager to learn
• Knowledge of any of the following languages: Node.js, Go, Java, or Python, along with SQL and Docker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure software quality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues under guidance from senior engineers.
• Learn and adopt company software development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
