NW Realite Limited is a property consultancy firm. The firm provides real estate information technology solutions, valuation services, property management, facilities management, estate agency and property development consultancy services.
CALL FOR INTERNS – REAL ESTATE SECTOR, PROCUREMENT INTERNSHIP
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare RFQs & tender docs
- Source/evaluate vendors and manage databases
- Support bid analysis, contracts and compliance
- Track deliveries and supplier performance
- Prepare audit-ready reports
Our requirements:
- Recent grad with a Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain
- 1+ year experience (Procurement, Vendor management or Supply chain)
- Proactive, detail-oriented & tech-savy (MS Office + ERP a bonus!)
- Strong communicator & team player
MONTHLY STIPEND: Kes 20,000
