CALL FOR INTERNS – REAL ESTATE SECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP
Key responsibilities:
- Support recruitment & onboarding
- Maintain employee records & HR databases
- Coordinate training & engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports & ensure compliance
- Provide administrative HR support
Our requirements:
- Fresh graduate in: HR Management | Organizational Development | Social Sciences (HR Specialization)
- Passion for people + basic HR knowledge
- Proactive learner with strong confidentiality
- Tech-savy (MS Office/HRIS a bonus!)
- Superb communication & multitasking skills
MONTHLY STIPEND: Kes 20,000
