Role Summary

Do you instinctively know what makes a brand stand out on TikTok, X, and YouTube, not just as a consumer, but as a creator? If you’ve got a knack for crafting scroll-stopping visuals and copy that sparks genuine engagement, this could be the role for you.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern. Ideally, you have some hands-on experience creating content for professional or corporate brands (around a year is great, but show us what you’ve done!).

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Curation:

• Spearhead the development, scripting, shooting, and editing of compelling video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design striking visual assets and graphics that resonate with our target demographics using advanced tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Craft persuasive and engaging social media copy that drives interaction and reinforces brand messaging.
• Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating your prior experience in professional content creation.

2. Digital Content Management

• Author and optimize high-quality blog posts for our corporate website, adhering strictly to brand voice, style guides, and SEO best practices.
• Proactively manage and update website content on our WordPress platform, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and an optimal user experience.

3. Community Engagement & Monitoring

• Champion our brand’s online presence by actively engaging with our community, responding thoughtfully to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful connections.
• Conduct rigorous monitoring of social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry conversations to identify emerging opportunities and inform content direction.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Contribute to the crucial task of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting social media performance data.
• Assist in the preparation of insightful reports that guide strategic adjustments and measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable strong understanding of major social media platforms, including X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with their distinct audiences and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a flair for engaging storytelling.
