Procurement Officer

Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join a reputable school in Nairobi.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes and maintain accurate records.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Admin.
• 1-2 years’ experience (school/educational institution preferred).
• KISM membership an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.
