Inventory and Stock Control Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Stock Control Assistant to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in stock control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily inventory and stock levels to ensure accuracy.
• Record stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers) in the system.
• Conduct periodic stock-taking and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare stock reports using Microsoft Excel and present findings as required.
• Support warehouse staff in maintaining proper documentation of stock records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in stock management.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth stock flow.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory/stock control (an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
