KILIMALL IS HIRING A WAREHOUSE CLERK

Location: Mombasa

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
2. Efficiently pick and verify all allocated orders by 3:30 PM daily.
3. Receive and put away products accurately.
4. Perform physical stock counts and confirm alignment with system records.
5. Report inventory variances, inbound, and outbound abnormalities to the Team Leader.
6. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

POSITION OBJECTIVES

1. Guarantee order fulfillment and quality control.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Ensure timely inbound and outbound of goods.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1. 100% outbound completion for all allocated orders by 3:30 PM.
2. Maintain 99.99% inventory accuracy rate.
3. Process 100% of large inbound shipments within 3 days, and small shipments daily.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
4. Computer literacy and ability to work with warehouse systems
