TP orchestrates, integrates, and manages AI-enabled and human-led solutions, leveraging a balanced approach that allows our TP experts to provide fast, reliable solutions while creating memorable, empathetic customer experiences.
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Recruitment department’s daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- HR- related Data entry including updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Filling and updating employees’ physical records.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office.
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Organizational skills.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field.
