About the Role
The Junior Software Engineer will support the development and management of our new and existing software applications, assist clients by resolving technical issues, and contribute to improving our products. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven developer looking to grow their skills in a start-up environment.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and .NET.
- Assist in software management including integrations, updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Design, test, and implement new features based on client and business needs.
- Enhance existing software solutions for better usability, scalability, and security.
- Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
What You Have
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and .NET.
- Experience with RestAPIs.
- Good understanding of database management and optimization (MySQL, MSSQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
